The Lumia 435 is a budget smartphone from the house of Microsoft and sticks to the design of Lumia smartphones since their inception, it has been touted as the cheapest windows phone yet. The phone has a 4” IPS display of 800*480 resolution. The phone is available in a variety of colors and has swappable back covers like the old 500 series lumia and also its bigger brothers.
Internal Specifications and Operating System
The Lumia 435 has a dual core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor coupled with 1GB RAM. It has a proximity sensor and accelerometer. The phone has 8GB internal storage expandable via a micro SD slot supporting up to humungous 128GB cards and the devices is powered by a 1560 mAh battery which is sufficient for a windows phone to last a day.
The 435 ships with Windows 8.1 out of the box and an upgrade to Windows Phone 10 has been planned which is a great deal for a phone of this price point.
Camera
The Lumia 435 houses a 2MP camera, considering this is a basic phone meant to connect people to the internet, photography is not its main function, hence the sacrifice. There is however a VGA secondary camera provided for video calling and other purposes.

The Microsoft Lumia 435 has Quad band GSM, GPRS, EDGE, Dual band 3G with HSPA, A- GPS, FM, Bluetooth v4.0, microUSB for charging and USB connections.

The Lumia 435 is a great Windows phone for its price and offers great features from Microsoft like OneDrive, Lumia Camera and other software quirks for an excellent price and considering it will run the same software as far more expensive windows devices it is a steal and a must buy for any windows phone aficionado or anyone who wants to try a windows handset.
